I am convinced that spending time in the way that I truly want to spend it requires ruthless focus. These are some ideas of things to stop doing in order to make time for what I really want to do.
- Watching a TV show or movie by myself
- Checking email
- Surfing the internet aimlessly
- Watching sports
- Unnecessary naps (is there such a thing?)
- Sleeping more than 9 hours
I should also make a list of the things I really want to do.
